In this way, what is written is undoubtedly strong, but there are also problems.
First, the World Legacy monster is currently only the World Chalice. This depends on future developments, but at the moment it is difficult to secure the cost.
And that it doesn't mesh subtly with the World Chalice theme. The World Chalice has a very high unfolding power, and it is easy to put it on the board without using resurrection cards. I have to say that Guidance is too slow because it's a Trap, and the current situation is that it's almost deprived of the role of Divine Protection, which can be salvaged at no cost, because it meshes with the deployment from the hand.
Nonetheless, it is undeniably a powerful card, so it is very likely that it will change depending on World Legacy in the future.

However, the cost is rather heavy and he is not a GY send, but an exclusion, so it is difficult to use for combos.
Also, since it is a trap card, it is a drawback that lag occurs before activation.
It's not a weak card by any means, but the World Chalice has more than enough development power even if you don't use it, so it's difficult to pay a heavy cost to use it.

The performance itself has plenty of future potential, so if it becomes easier to activate, it might be a chance.
